Terms of Service
Last updated: October 23, 2026
1. Who we are
Stock Predictor Pro ("the Service") is operated by ONTARIO4261976 ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].
2. What the Service provides
The Service publishes statistical model output: estimates of how selected stocks may move, together with rankings, comparisons and signal filters derived from that output. It is a research and information tool.
The Service does not execute trades, hold funds, or manage any portfolio.
3. Not financial advice — please read carefully
The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on it is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security.
We are not a registered investment adviser, portfolio manager, or securities dealer in any jurisdiction, and no part of the Service should be treated as a personalised recommendation. Model output is not tailored to your circumstances, objectives, or risk tolerance.
Predictions are estimates produced by a machine-learning model and are frequently wrong. We do not represent or warrant that any prediction, ranking, signal or filter is accurate, complete, or profitable. Past output and any historical performance shown does not indicate or guarantee future results.
Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the total loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consider obtaining advice from a licensed professional who knows your situation. Do not rely on the Service as the sole basis for any decision.
4. Market data
Model output is derived from third-party market and news data. That data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and we do not independently verify it. We are not responsible for errors originating from data providers or for interruptions in their service.
5. Your account
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential.
- Accounts are for a single person. Do not share credentials or resell access.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be of legal age to form a contract in your jurisdiction.
- Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorise those recurring charges until you cancel. Prices may change with notice, and any change takes effect at your next renewal. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape, redistribute or resell Service output; attempt to access other users' data; interfere with or overload the Service; reverse engineer it; or use it unlawfully.
8. Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and model updates may be delayed or unavailable — including during market hours. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination your right to access the Service ends immediately.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in the Service. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
