Refund & Cancellation Policy

The free trial

New accounts include a 7-day free trial. We do not collect card details to start it, nothing is charged when it ends, and there is nothing to cancel. When the trial finishes, access to predictions stops until you choose a paid plan. Your account and your saved stocks are kept, so you can subscribe later and carry on where you left off.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Account → Manage Billing, which opens Stripe's secure billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep access until then, and you are not charged again.

No cancellation fee applies, and you do not need to contact us first.

Refunds within 14 days

If you are not satisfied, email [email protected] within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that payment in full, monthly or annual. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days once approved.

Monthly plans after 14 days

Payments for the current month are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges and you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for.

Annual plans after 14 days

An annual plan is charged for 10 months and runs for 12 — the final two months are free, and they are earned by completing the first 10.

If you cancel an annual plan before those 10 months are complete, you keep what you have used and we refund the rest. The months you used are charged at the ordinary monthly rate for your tier, because the two free months were not yet earned:

refund = amount paid − (months used × monthly rate)
Any part of a month counts as a full month.

Example. You pay $499.90 for Standard Annual and cancel during month 6. Six months at $49.99 is $299.94, so you are refunded $199.96.

Once 10 months are complete you have paid the full amount owed and the remaining months are the free ones, so no refund is due for them.

Taxes

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars excluding tax. Applicable GST/HST is calculated and added at checkout based on your billing address. Refunds include the tax charged on the refunded amount.

What you are paying for

A subscription provides access to model output — predictions, rankings, comparisons and signal filters. It does not entitle you to any particular level of accuracy, and it is not a guarantee of investment results. Refunds are not available on the basis that predictions turned out to be wrong, because the Service does not promise that they will be right. Please read our disclaimer before subscribing.

Service interruptions

If a fault on our side leaves the Service substantially unavailable for an extended period, contact us and we will consider a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected time.

Failed payments

If a recurring payment fails, Stripe will retry. If it ultimately fails, your subscription is cancelled and access ends. You can re-subscribe at any time.
